Cancellation Fee
If a student cannot attend class and fails to notify the Instructor one week prior to the start of the course, then their YMCA branch will be charged the full amount. Other participants must notify the Instructor at least one week prior to the course in order to receive a full credit of the course payment.
YUniversity Cancellation Policy:
If a person does not cancel their
registration they will be billed for the
class. It is the responsibility of the
supervisor and participant to let
YUniversity know if they will not be
attending a class. Cancellations should
be done as a courtesy to others who may
have wanted to take the class but could
not because of limited space.
